Windows and Recovery Information
This laptop will arrive in the factory sealed box. Windows installation will be of that of the factory which may or may not have a recovery partition installed.
Recovery media can be created from any Windows machine using the Windows Media Creation Tool. This is a free download from Microsoft that allows you to make a bootable USB device that can be used to fully recover the operating system at any time. We recommend creating the media on this PC upon arrival before any potential hard disk failures as we are not responsible for any loss of data.
