Warranty and Returns Policy

At Deluxe PCs, we believe in the quality of our products and will do our best to satisfy the needs of the customer. For most issues, we ask that you contact us and let us know so that we might help solve the issue avoid a costly return process. The following policy covers most of our website orders. This does not include marketplace orders such as Newegg, Amazon, or Ebay. For marketplace orders, please refer to the original listing.



Within the first 30 days of product receipt, we provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product within this time frame, you may request for a return and then arrange to ship the product back to us.



For up to one year after receipt of the product, we will provide technical support for the product and a returns process to fix products found to be defective. Technical Support is limited to the original hardware configuration and the licensing of any Microsoft Windows software installed. This warranty covers any products that are or have become defective in the first year. This does not cover any other specialized needs including peripheral and/or software installation assistance including the reloading of said Microsoft Windows. This does not cover any products that mistreated, mishandled, abused or has unauthorized repair attempts.

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser and is NOT transferable.  Warranty is only valid in the 48 continental United States. Data recovery is not included in our warranty.  You are solely responsible for your important data, so make frequent backups.  We are not responsible for any data that may be lost or damaged in transit or during repair.



Your refurbished machine often contains the original battery.  By their nature, batteries do not typically have long lives.  We test batteries for functionality and a limited longevity.  Due to high volume of sales, we cannot guarantee the life expectancy of a laptop battery.  However, we DO guarantee that your laptop will work utilizing the AC adapter that is shipped with your purchase (unless otherwise noted). If your battery is totally dead upon receipt, please let us know and we will do our best to solve batteries issues within 30 days.  For products ordered longer than 30 days ago, new batteries can be purchased separately from 3rd party retailers such as Amazon, Newegg and eBay for a relatively low price anyhow.  New batteries typically have around 2-3 hours of operating time from a full charge.


Warranty Timeline:

Satisfaction Guarantee claims must be filed within 30 days of receipt.

Full Refund up to 30 days: Buyer is not happy with product for reasons other than defective/wrong product sent - Customer pays return shipping and restocking fee.

Repair/Replacement within 30 days: Buyer is not happy with product for reasons other than defective/wrong product sent - We pay return shipping and waive restocking fee.

After 30 Days till 1 Year:

Buyer is not happy with product for reasons other than defective/wrong product - Customer pays return shipping and restocking fee. *Refunds are issued only in specific cases*

Repair/Replacement after 30 days: Buyer is not happy with product for reasons other than defective/wrong product - Customer pays return shipping and we waive restocking fee.


Return Shipment Requirements:

Shipment must be traceable. Tracking Information is required and may be requested by the seller.

Customer is responsible for lost package claims.

Customer is responsible for any damages during shipment.

Customer must return all items included in original shipment.


Obtaining Warranty Service:

To inquire about our warranty service from Deluxe PCs, you must first call our Customer Service Department 859-356-7773, Monday – Friday 9AM to 4PM Eastern Standard Time.  If your problem cannot be resolved by one of our technicians, we may arrange for your item to be shipped back in for replacement or repair.  We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be required for all returns. This number must be visible on the returned package.  All products for return must have an RMA number and should be shipped to:

Upon receiving your item, our technicians will examine the issue and attempt the repair.  Once all repairs are made, we will send the item back to you.  If we determine that it is not a hardware issue or the unit has a problem not covered by our warranty , we will contact you with a new price or charge for the repair.  For out-of-warranty service, we may offer to inspect a computer for repair service requirements – usually well under the cost of a local repair shop.  Again we are not held liable for any lost or damaged data so make sure you have a full backup of all files BEFORE the unit is shipped.  If you decide against our repair quote, you will be charged for the shipping to return the item to you before it can be sent back.
